The Determination of Bromoxynil in Municipal and Industrial Wastewater

A 40-?L aliquot of sample is injected into the HPLC. Chromatographic conditions are described that permit the separation and measurement of bromoxynil by reverse-phase C18 column HPLC with a multiple-wavelength UV detector.

Scope:
This method covers the determination of bromoxynil in waste by direct aqueous injection high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with an ultraviolet detector (UV).
