EPA Method 629:
The Determination of Cyanazine in Municipal and Industrial Wastewater

Summary:
A measured volume of sample, approximately 1 L, is extracted with methylene chloride using a separatory funnel. The methylene chloride extract is dried and exchanged to methanol during concentration to a volume of 10 mL or less. HPLC conditions are described which permit the separation and measurement of cyanazine in the extract by HPLC with a UV detector.

Scope:
This method covers the determination of cyanazine.
