ALS Environmental provides project management services for a number of our clients who have regional or national geographic presence. These services organize our clients' inter-laboratory and intra-laboratory work and provide a structured approach to managing their analytical programs. Our program management services include business and administrative aspects as well as technical and operational support.
All projects are assigned to a senior-level chemist who is a non-line project manager. Each assigned project manager is responsible for coordinating all phases of that project and has authority to commit the resources necessary to meet project objectives and requirements. The project manager ensures that technical, financial, and scheduling objectives are met. The project manager is the direct liaison with your project manager and is the primary contact for current as well as future projects.
