We are seeking full time, Software Developers to assist in the planning, architecture, design, coding, and implementation of mission critical business applications.

We are a rapidly growing development team located 40 minutes north of Vancouver, Washington. We are the support and development team for a national network of laboratory facilities. We are seeking individuals, junior and senior, with solid technical expertise in the areas listed below.

PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation of highly accurate, efficient, scalable, and maintainable enterprise level software solutions that meet the needs of business users.
- Creation and maintenance of technical and functional specifications.
- Adherence to strict change control management for all software systems.
- Determination of strategies to migrate legacy software applications to more current and appropriate technologies that support long term business goals and plans.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a structured Software Development Life Cycle environment using “Agile” methodologies.
- Proficiency in the .NET Framework, C#, multi-tier WinForms, ASP.NET.
- Demonstrated experience in object oriented design and development.
- Demonstrated experience developing multi-tier, multi-threaded, distributed, enterprise-level software applications, designed for minimum support and maximum scalability/extensibility.
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Desire to be part of a highly productive, dynamic team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work constructively with a wide variety of personalities and changing business priorities.
- Commitment to total quality and the process of continuous improvement.

BONUS SKILLS:
- Experience and proficiency with Oracle (esp. PL/SQL, Performance Tuning/Optimization and the OCI API) and Microsoft SQL*Server RDBMS.
- Experience and proficiency with Service Oriented Architectures, Web Services, XML, and SOAP.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
